Voting Question: Help My Dad With Weight, Please?
My Dad is 47, 5' 10" and weights over 300 lbs. He has a lot of muscle, but a ton of fat too. He has health problems but won't tell me about them, won't really take the step to lose weight, and it really worries me (I'm a 14 yr. old boy). I also get these bad or sad feelings like he won't be around much longer. Please, please help me with all of the above.
