Voting Question: Good weightloss tips?
I have been overweight my whole life. I was 200 pounds by age of 12. I have tried everything from swimming from 1st-8th grade, dancing 3yrs-16 yrs. I had a personal trainer in 5th grade and a fitness center pass to go on my own the day after 8th grade graduation. I have tried anorexia and bulimia. I have even tried weight loss pills like alli, acai berry and zantrex 3. I am now in college and I get into exercising binges and run for like 3 weeks everyday and then get so overwhelmed with homework I have to stop. I hate this is am 5'9'' 190 lbs and feel uncomfortable in everything I wear. The worst is I have never had a boyfriend or even close. Any suggestions on what else I can try because I am starting to lose hope
P.S. I hate how everyone automatically goes oooh fat girl, she must eat a LOT or only shit.. I have done everything with food from completely removing ALL junk food to only evert so often. I no longer drink a lot of pop once a week if that and I drink 3-5 25oz bottles of water a day. I also don't snack and I basically live off Special K and salad now. So all of you who have responded and automatically assumed I just eat crap I don't
And when eating salad I go for the fat free dressings, no bacon, no crutons
