Resolved Question: Weight loss plan for the summer?
This summer I'm going to lose weight. A lot, I'm talking DRASTIC change in the way my body is and I only have 'til 07.31.09 to do it. Eat less, exercise more right? I eat when I get bored and I get bored a lot, it's summer and I'll probably be stuck at home; so how do I keep myself from eating so much during summer? For some reason, it embarrasses me when I talk to my parents about working out and I don't wanna do it in front of them. Is there any way I can get over this?
