Resolved Question: is zantrex 3 all water weight?

i've been taking zantrex 3 with hoodia for a few days.. i do not really see results, i FEEL empty stomach with no desire to eat, but the scale says i've lost a few pounds. i'm beginning to wonder if this is just all water weight ? because im not very hungry, i have one meal a day with some nuts and fruits, but is zantrex 3 all water weight? thanks.
