Open Question: …… working out with an elliptical….? multiple questions?
I'm wanting to lose weight before the summer and was wondering about working out with an elliptical. What are your opinions on them.... and how effective are they? My work out schedule would be an hour a day everyday (on the elliptical)... along with other exercising activities (such as yoga and so on.) which would be 2 hours altogether.... is that over doing it? What is a healthy amount of weight to lose every two weeks? Just wanted to know so I could go about all this in a healthy way.
by summer i meant by around June (3 or 4 months).... and this is something I plan on keeping up with (have an elliptical at home) I just wanted a goal date to get where I want to be.... and do it in a healthy way
