Open Question: will this take a big toll on my weight loss?
im 15, 5 foot 3 and 99.5 pounds, im trying to lose five pounds. I know this isnt that bad bad but I ate a little worse then this yesterday, but I had a swim meet and swam over 100 laps racing I only started this diet friday and I ate 1200 calories I aate 2000 yesterday and 1700 today. im trying to only eat 1200. if I do it the whole next week will i be fine? how much weight would I lose
breakfast: oatmeal with apples. hot cocoa with marshmellos
snack: a tomatoe with italien dressing
lunch: three small pancakes with blue berries and lite surrup
snack: a cofee cake muffin (660 calories!! I didnt know that when I was eating it)
dinner: a sandwhich with pickles tomatoes and a slice of swiss cheese
