These are the only ones that I've heard about lately.. I want something that will work and I've heard about pills that will work but as soon as your off of them they make you gain double of what your weight was before..
A little about why I'm asking:
I need some additional help to lose this weight.
I've been staying active and watching how much I eat....but I get week every now and then and lose track of my goal. I don't have good will power anymore and am stuck @ this weight I'm at. I need to lose another 30 lbs to be at my suggested weight.. So I was thinking the only way I can get motivated again is if I get some help...
