Open Question: When would I start to see results?
Well, Im a 14 year old girl. 5'2 and 118 pounds. I want to lose weight.
If I ate three small meals a day, with one healthy snack in between (so three snacks in total) and drank only water and milk..
AND
Went for a run three times a week and worked on abs and arms every night for half an hour.
Does that sound good?
When would I start seeing results?
