Open Question: What I ate today? (weight loss)?

Heyylooo there. Im trying to lose weight fast. I also work out when I can. I know it may not seem "healthy" as to what I eat, but im trying to do this fast. morning---> Didn't have time to eat, running late. But I usually eat a banana, yogurt and oolong tea. lunch---> Red bull, (it fills me.) banana, wheat thins dinner--> rice, peas, a little steak. Soy chocolate milk. work out--> dancing, sit ups and leg ups. Im not fat at all, just trying to slim down more and be leaner.
