Open Question: please help…. weight loss tips?
i weigh 103 pounds. i am 5:2 and 16 years old. i have been on a very strict diet eating about 800 calories a day during the week and eating whatever amount of or whatever foods i want on friday and saturday (which is a lot) i also do the elliptical for 30 minutes every night on the resistence level 3 and i do 200 jumping jacks a night. this week i have been awful. ive been constantly eating and never seem full. but i need to get abck on track. im going to be spending my winter vacation starting january 24th in the bahamas and need to look amazing in a bikini so what should i do? am i already doomed because ive been eating a crazy amount this week. what can i do to stop eating whatever im craving and feel satisfied and thin and good. please help. help tell me how many calories to eat and what to do. thank u
