Open Question: Of course, months later i am asking this question again. Help with weight loss?
Summer is coming up, and i really need to loose 10 pounds. I weigh about 128 and i am 5'1. Not terribly overweight, but i really want to get to about 115 or somewhere around there.
I am allergic to wheat, and i have juvinile diabetes ( not the same as type 2. i've had juvinile sence i was 5.) So it;s really hard to diet becasue all of the wheat free foods (like the wheat free bread) are alot higher in calories and stuff.
I dont get alot of exercise either. i can never get motivated, and whenever i tell myself im going to loose weight i never keep up with it :/
So idk, i would like some help and inspiration maybe? and any tips whatsoever.
By the way i am 15 :)
