Open Question: Losing weight! Will this help me lose the extra 65-70lbs?
I'm a male Age 21, 6'2 at 270 pounds. I did weight at 294 two months ago. I walk/jog 1.5miles in the morning after breakfast and 1.5miles after Dinner. I now lift weights and do squats 30mins (15mins each) every other day with a 24hr rest period. I'm trying to lose anywhere between 65-70 pounds. I've been trying to come up with a healthy eating plan to lose those extra pounds. Will this work?
Breakfast- A toasted whole wheat bread and 1 egg or Special K cereal with 2% milk.
Lunch- whole wheat sandwich with 5 slices of lean turkey
Dinner - Baked chicken breast, Green beans, corn and 1/2 a cup of brown rice.
Snack- twice daily. 5 Wheat thins 11g whole grain or an apple.

Weekends & Weekdays…
12PM Breakfast
2PM Lunch
4PM Dinner
6PM Snack
8PM Snack
Is this a healthy meal to eat everyday? Will this help me lose the extra 60-75lbs? if not will vitamins help or should i reconstruct my eating plan? Any help or advice would be very much appreciated!! Ty for ur time! :)
P.S I only drink water :3
