Open Question: Looking for a fitness book?
Does anyone know of a good fitness book that gives you a "routine" that first helps you build up your cardiovascular system (aerobic) but doesn't make you lose weight (I need to gain, but I'm out of shape), then progresses to building strength and muscle mass? I haven't exercised in 6 months and would like to start slow and build up.
