Open Question: Is this ‘unexplained’ weight loss, or would you expect it from this sort of diet?
Okay, at the begining of the week i weighed 140lb - 10 stone (monday) now I weigh 137lb - 9.8 stone. I have been dieting recently and have already lost over 4 stone. So basically I've been eating, either an apple or some weetabix for breakfast, either a small roast dinner or a sandwhich for lunch, and for tea eaither some fruit and a yorgurt or some salad and salmon. So is this weightloss unexplained, or expected?
