Open Question: Is this a balanced diet and will i lose weight?
im 17, 5-6 and aout 129 pounds hoping to get to 115-120.
breakfast
two slices wholegrain toast with peanut butter/ bowl of oatmeal with fruit and agave nector
skinny cappuccino
lunch
bowl of pasta with tuna and tomatoe sauce// potato cakes with scrambled eggs and tomatoes
snack
fresh squeesed juice /smoothie
dinner
something like big sweet potato with tuna , sweetcorn and broccoli
maybe some chocolate( yeah i knoww )
about- 1500-1600 cals a day
what do u think and 20- 45 mins of exercise. daily . a walk.., a jog , gymm
