Open Question: Is Green Tea the answer? help?!?

I really want to lose 40 pounds... before i get my breast reduction. i was wonding if i drunk green tea with one spoon of sugar everyday for breastfast lunch and dinner with lil to no food will i lose weight? and which one is best green tea or black tea?
