Open Question: instead of going on jenny craig or nutrisystem i am going to make my own diet which consists of only lean?
frozen dinners which are way cheap,has the calories,fat,and overall nutritional value work out for me.So my question is sticking strictly to eating healthy with no exercisie or light exercising will I lose weight base on the plan i HAVE SET UP. I am want to purchase these on a weekly bases and there are only 2.50 each so I will be spend way cheaper than these other diet program that cost hundreds for a month worth of food.I am looking to lose 20 pounds.
