Open Question: In Need Of Some Advice** 1300 Calories? Please Read*?

I am recovering from an eating disorder. Have bee for a few months now. I was eating around 1,000 calories then I went up to 1180, then 1220, and now I'm at 1280. I have lost weight but at this point I am maintaining 105-107 pounds (5'4). If I move up to 1300 calories a day can I stick with 1300 calories for a while or is that still not very healthy? I do work out everyday lifting weights for about 45 min, and some days swim for 35-40 min. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
