Open Question: if i only eat ONLY negative calorie and fat burning foods would i lose weight?
yesterday i had kinda alot of fruit and veggies and some salmon and oatmeal for breakfast. all these foods are in these category. if i only eat these foods will i lose alot of weight? because this morning i woke up famished!!!!!!!!!!!!
what if i only eat neg cal foods?could u eat all you want of that and it would ultimately be to my advantage?
