Open Question: If I do this will I lose weight?
I have fruit with yogurt or a special K bar for breakfast. Lean cuisine, salad or whole wheat sandwich for lunch. Salad with grilled chicken, grilled chicken with steam veggies/rice, steak or something else lite for dinner. Snack on penuts yogurt fruit cups. Drink water, Gatorade, vitamin water 10. Work out with cardio, machines, light free weights 3-5 times a week.
