Open Question: if i am 5′4 and i weigh…?

I am an 18 year old female, I am 5'4 and i weigh 150-ish pounds, I am over weight, I am trying to build som muscle and lose weight. how many push-ups and sit ups should i be able to do? I can do 100 sit ups but I can't do any push ups. I am trying to gain some upper body strength by cheating until i can do proper push ups. so how many should I be able to do? kay but is 100 good for me or should I be able to do more? and how many push ups should some one my age (18) ,height( 5'4), and weight(150) be able to do? lol I bought Dance Dance for weight loss purposes lie you suggested, , but everytime i play I hurt my foot so i can't play it lol good sug. though!
