Open Question: I just got Wii Fit Plus. Will it help me tone up?

I am 5'4 and weigh 115. If anyone has played it can you tell me if it helped you tone or lose weight? I have Wii Fit Plus and Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010.
