Open Question: Exercise and Weight Loss… Please Help!!?
My height is 4'11 and i weigh 132 pounds. I began working out 3 days ago. For three days I've been speed walking on the treadmill for about 40 minutes and then the elliptical for about 25 minutes. Is this a good way to go about losing weight? Is there anything else that i should do or anything i should change in my routine?
