Open Question: Do i sound fat [details inside, yo]?

My mom is always telling me how fat I look and how I just keep getting bigger. efff her. anyway, I weigh 190 [I know, alot] but I'm 5 ft 9, and I wear a size 13. I can bench press over 100 lbs and I can lift over 375 lbs with my legs. My legs don't even touch, just a little. I have a stomach, but that's about it, but I wear like a Medium or large in juniors for shirts. I can run for like 10 minutes straight [not comfortably but I can do it] and I eat two meals a day, if I eat breakfast I get sick, so yeah. I think I should lose weight though, and I wanna do it fast, and I don't care if losing it fast isn't healthy, I just wanna get it done. thanks.
