Open Question: did my dad abuse me???????

i thought nothing of it until i randomly told my boyfriends my the other day that my dad lifted up my top i was 15 it was a year ago, i had lost alot of weight and he lifted up my top and said look at that! because of the weight loss she said this is abuse..? is it?
