Open Question: Confused about calorie deficit vs. minimum calories needed?
Ok, so I know going under 1000 or so puts your body in starvation mode (bad) and that ladies need at least 1200 a day. Cool. However let's say I eat 1500 cal a day and my cal output is 2600...that mean by body only "keeps" 900 cal, so is that going to put my body in starve mode too? Or I am totally messed up on the math here? Urg, I'm just trying to lose weight the healthy way, and be able to maintain when I get to my goal weight. My thinking about this case has been very uptight (best answer if you also know what movie that's from!) Ok thanks everyone!
