Open Question: Can I lose weight by doing this?
I'm fat, and I absolutely hate it. I've tried "yoyo" diets, starving myself, etc. And of course, they don't work.
But I was just wondering how much weight could I lose if I just jog and hour a day, and start snacking on healthy foods like fruit, veggies, etc. instead of junkfoods like icecream, cookies and all that stuff. Do you have any suggestions??
Please help.. I'm 14 and i really need to lose the weight. Both my parents are obese and I don't want to be like them when I'm older. I want to be healthy.
