Open Question: Can a 15 year old take acai burn?

I know it is perfectly safe to eat/drink the berry, but I am intersted in the Acai Burn pills, becuase theres a free trial avbailible. It says you need to be 18, but is that true? I don't want to take something unsafe that can hurt me, but I really need to lose this weight!
