Open Question: Best way to lost my pudgy belly even though I’m skinny?

I am 5'3 and weigh 100 lbs. I'm currently trying to get up to 110 lbs, but it seems like every time i gain weight, it goes to my stomach. I know I'm underweight, but my stomach is somehow unflattering. For some reason, I'm maintaining a small waist and frame, but the fat goes outward on my stomach. It looks like I'm slightly pregnant (which I know I'm not) I know that I need to burn the fat to get my stomach to be flat, but I really don't want to lose weight. And I really don't want to lose the fat anywhere else. I'm happy with the other parts of my body. What the hell can I do?? Oh and don't tell me to do situps and crunches. I do them at the gym a lot, and I have great muscles. I know that those alone dont make a flatter stomach. I need to get rid of the FAT in that area...not work on the muscles
