Open Question: Aricept (donepezil hydrochloride) weight loss?

Does Aricept cause weight loss for a someone who is on ealry stage of Alzheimer? She is not fat at all. What other side effect? Starting dose is 5mg daily and might be increase to 10mg? Does it really improve the cognitive disorders?
