Open Question: Any lady take the birth control shot and gained weight and now can’t get it off?
If you have gained more than 20 lbs. after being on Depo Provera or any other birth control. Please answer the following questions.
1. How long did you take the birth control (bc)?
2. What type/brand?
3. How much weight did you gain?
4. What have you done to try and lose the weight?
5. How long have you been trying to lose weight?
6. On a scale of 1-5 (1=none, 5=intense/daily) what is your work-out level?
