Open Question: Am I too thin? Just want opinions and I’m not an anorexic so don’t even suggest it!?
I am 14, 5"8" and weigh 48 kg. I don't eat unhealthily if anything I eat too much!!!! But recently I have been losing weight ever since I started cycling to school ( I lost five pounds )
Are there any ways to put on weight without putting on flab / fat????
