Open Question: 15, 5′2, 116 lbs. Why can’t I lose weight!?

ok well i workout weekly, and i have a personal trainer who i meet with 1 or 2 times a week. i also run or go on the arc 5-7 days a week (usually burning at least 500 calories) i know i don't have the best eating habits, but i think its healthy enough? my normal eating day is: breakfast (7): usually nothing, a bowl of cerel or cup of tea maybe snack (9:30): 3 home made chocolate chip cookies (like 2 inches diameter) lunch(12): arnold palmer iced tea (and sometimes 2 or 3 chicken tenders) snack: (3) mostly grazing, most days a pomegranite and a bowl of cereal (about 500 cals maybe?) dinner (6): egg and cheese on an english muffin with oj it varies but i usually eat 1200-1500 calories a day. every thursday i take a class at my gym and i weight train every tuesday/thursday. most mondays, tuesdays, thursdays(the class), saturdays and sundays i do some sort of cardio for at east 30 minutes (usually 45+) one year ago i was 114. at one point last year (around april) i was down to 107 but i gained over the summer and i cant get the weight off!! i am now 116 and look so flabby and gross; it looks like i eat nonstop and have never even set foot in a gym ): i have kicking my butt since spetember. my goal is 103. my cousin is 16, 5'2 and 103. she looks perfect, yet she does no work :p why am i not seeing results? **also i was looking into the lemon cleanse. i would really just want to try it for 3 or 4 days to see how it works. my mom did it and saw great results. let me know what you think of this, and let me know any ideas that you have had luck with or seen work. any motivationsl tips woul be good too :] im deeling pretty dumpy about this :/ thanks! oh and please, im not interested in acai or green tea or any little copy-and-paste advertisement like that. thanks.
