	I normally don't believe in taking diet pills or doing crash diets or anything like that, but i have an event in a week and I recently went off the atkins after having little sucess with it, and I've gained a few pounds back since I went off it. So does anyone know of a very quick and effective crash diet or diet pill? I know it's unhealthy and I know I'll just gain it all back but I'm becoming desperate.

	I am so fed up it's unbelievable! I have been cutting way down on my calories and exercising at least 3 days a week. Any more and I could pass for being anorexic! I even have a calorie count account where I write down all of the food I consume, AND make sure to eat enough fruits and vegetables everyday with plenty of water. I am 5'5 and 140 llbs and want to lose about 25 llbs. This is driving me crazy, I've tried so many different things, started taking multi vitamins, but everytime I step on the scale I'm either the same weight or even a little bit over. The only change I've noticed is that my calves have gotten a tiny bit smaller, but my jeans and clothes still fit the same. HELP!

	I exercise 1.5 hours/day (with my heart rate in the optimal exercise zone) and I think I eat pretty healthy foods, yet I am still gaining weight. Well, I thought I was looking better and my clothes seemed baggier, but I went to the doctor's today and I've actually gained weight (and I'm pretty sure it's not muscle), so I don't get it. I need some tips on what I can change about my lifestyle to actually lose weight. Right now I'm 5' tall and 143 pounds, so I need to lose 20-30 pounds.

A typical day:
8:30 - get up
11:00 - eat lunch (a typical lunch would be a cup of soup, some mixed fruit, and a vegetarian sandwich)
4:30 - eat dinner (a typical dinner would be a slice of vegetable lasagna, more mixed fruit, and a cookie)
5:00-7:30 - exercise
7:00 - eat a snack (almost always a granola bar and a piece of string cheese)
12:00 - go to bed

I only drink water and I do not overeat. Any advice?
I am 24 years old, btw.
Oh and I know I should eat breakfast. I will start doing that, but I am not under-eating either. I eat when I'm hungry.
