I’m trying to lose weight. I know that I can lose weight if I eat healthy and exercise but, can I lose weight by juicing fruits and veggies.
So far I have been juicing beets and black grapes, carrots and cantaloupe, apples, pear, grapefruit and carrots. Is this an awesome way to lose weight.
I have also been snacking on the fruits and vegetables like carrots, celery, apples, a lot of Grapefruits, oranges, pears, cantaloupe, and more celery.
I have also dropped from a size 13 to a 10 in jeans. I also have more energy. My goal weight is 130-ish.Since I joined a dance group for two hours twice a week and If I walked home a lot, can I lose more weight?
And If you can, can you please, give me more tips to lose weight?
