Open Question: weight loss question….?

i have been doing and hour of cardio 5 times a week for about 1.5 months and have yet to lose any weight. i may have even gained weight. i dont eat any more than i used to and it really beginning to frustrate me. what am i doing wrong?!

Open Question: if i do this diet for 1 month how much wait will i lose approx.?

starting from tomorrow the 1st of March i am planning on only eating one apple a day and a few glasses of water until the last day of march in order to achieve weight loss.if i do this, whats the maximum amount of weight i will lose in a month?i am obsessed with michael jackson and i am trying to get as skinny as he was. i an 5 feet 7 ” and weigh 11 stone. when he died he weighed 8 stone and even at that he was a couple of inches taller than me.

starting march 1st aka tmw, i am starting to eat less and work out atleast 3 times a week.

i will have a breakfast [healthy]
skip lunch
and eat dinner [smaller portions]

and cut my snacking to vegetables and fruit and occasionally popcorn, the healthiest i can find

if i can keep this up for all of march, drinking lots of water also, around how much weight can i get off? and can my body show toning in just one month?

im 15, 5 foot 3 and 99.5 pounds, im trying to lose five pounds. I know this isnt that bad bad but I ate a little worse then this yesterday, but I had a swim meet and swam over 100 laps racing I only started this diet friday and I ate 1200 calories I aate 2000 yesterday and 1700 today. im trying to only eat 1200. if I do it the whole next week will i be fine? how much weight would I lose
breakfast: oatmeal with apples. hot cocoa with marshmellos
snack: a tomatoe with italien dressing
lunch: three small pancakes with blue berries and lite surrup
snack: a cofee cake muffin (660 calories!! I didnt know that when I was eating it)
dinner: a sandwhich with pickles tomatoes and a slice of swiss cheese

Open Question: I want to make a lifestyle change. What are some good websites that will give me good info to do it right?

I want to get healthy, but don’t really know what I’m supposed to do. I’ve joined a gym this week. I found out I like going to the gym. I’ve went 4 times this week and spent 45 minutes to an hour there. Right now I’m focusing more on cardio. But don’t know much about healthy eating habits. I don’t want to use weight loss supplements. This is something I want to continue to do. The main reason is because there is allot of heart disease in my family, most of which is preventable. I noticed that I’m starting to have some issues like my blood pressure is starting to rise. I’m also getting stressed out more than I used to. I’m 5 foot 3 and weigh 213 pounds. Back in November, I weighed 236. So I’m doing something right, but know I need more help at least with what I’m supposed to eat.

I’m almost to my weight goal. I was 158 now I’m 146 and my goal is 135. My question is what do I do when I reach my goal (135) I do not want to go any lower then 135, I’m too tall lol

Do I higher my calorie intake? My calorie intake now is 1,300. I’m afraid to exercise after I accomplish my weight loss goal but then again I also don’t want to gain the weight back. What do I do?
It took exactly 14 days. I pushed my self & only cheated one day out of the 14 days (diet wise). I work out 6 days a week (Tuesdays off) an hour a day, walking one mile a day (but I been slaking on that lately lol but I make up for it.

for a 4 week diet plan?

upon rising: warm glass of water with a squeeze of lemon
breakfast: 2 poached eggs (no butter,oil or any other grease) + a veg, e.g. a tomato
lunch: 5 almonds, 3 pecans, 2 cashews + a cooking apple
arriving home: a clove of garlic
dinner: white fish/lean meat + a salad with a spoon of sunflower seeds
dessert: teaspoon of peanut butter/5 tablespoons of plain soya yogurt

exercise: at least 3 visits to the gym, including:
recline bike: 20 mins
cross trainer: 30 mins
rower: 15-20 mins
biceps n triceps curls - 3 sets/20 reps 15-20kg
treadmill: 20-30 mins - recline 5/ speed 4-4.5

also:
boxing (punching bag) 20 mins/day
hula hooping - 20mins/day

i might alter the meal plan a little, by substituting other foods like - grapefruits, oranges, kiwis, blueberries, raspberries, radishes, cucumbers, peppers, melons, pineapple, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, crabmeat, tuna and stuff

is it a good idea to eat dried fruits like figs and prunes??
i’m actually aiming for low carb or rather low refined sugar diet, meaning i’d like to base it around high protein foods.. so what else should i add to the diet? \
should i eat more eggs or what? or rather egg whites?

i want to loose a stone in 4 weeks………would this regime help me? or how much weight can i expect to loose?

i’m 5′6” n 130lbs btw

oh n also if i did a water fast every weekend.. would it help my weight loss?

I’m a 15 year old male. I’m a little over weight and i came up with a workout/eating program.

Eating:
About 1,800 calories a day

Excercise:
10 min stretching
10 min warm up jog (on treadmill)
30-35 min quick jog/run
5 min cool down walk
Then about 50 situps
This will happen about 5 days a week.

Is this good? and is there anything i should add/change? I want to see weight loss results.

Thanks :) Oh and how long will it take me to begin losing weight?

I have seen many ads and whatnot on the internet claiming that Acai Berry and Col.Cleanser lets you lose weight very effectively and quickly. Is it true?

Let me know if you have any solid information that promotes or attacks this method.

Open Question: Atkins Diet?? No Carbs?

Its my understanding that cutting carbs helps you lose weight. I was going to follow the Atkins diet for a couple weeks to help jump start the weight loss, of course I will be excercing but I wanted to get other peoples feed back on those who have done Atkins? What did you eat your first week? Are there limit on how much chicken you can eat or how much salad/veggies? How many pounds did you lose?…Also those that didnt do Atkins but cut carbs from their diet, what did you do or follow?…I just would like back any kind of feedback…Im determiend to jump start a diet plan. I wont be sticking to it for very long because I plan to switch over to Weight Watchers- I love my carbs and food. Ha ha and WW will allow me to enjoy all my foods.

Also, I already have a steady work out plan. Every day is 1 hour of cardio, guarntee, except for 2 days of out of the week where I dont workout. I do 30 mind on the tredmill (brisk walk) 30 minutes on the elpical and sometimes 20 minutes on the stairmaster. On a good day I will exceed the hour and 20 minutes but this is pretty standard for me. I know I need to put a good food plan into the works so thats why Im thinking of cutting carbs or Atkins. Let me know- all answers are greatly apprecaited!!
