for a 4 week diet plan?
upon rising: warm glass of water with a squeeze of lemon
breakfast: 2 poached eggs (no butter,oil or any other grease) + a veg, e.g. a tomato
lunch: 5 almonds, 3 pecans, 2 cashews + a cooking apple
arriving home: a clove of garlic
dinner: white fish/lean meat + a salad with a spoon of sunflower seeds
dessert: teaspoon of peanut butter/5 tablespoons of plain soya yogurt
exercise: at least 3 visits to the gym, including:
recline bike: 20 mins
cross trainer: 30 mins
rower: 15-20 mins
biceps n triceps curls - 3 sets/20 reps 15-20kg
treadmill: 20-30 mins - recline 5/ speed 4-4.5
also:
boxing (punching bag) 20 mins/day
hula hooping - 20mins/day
i might alter the meal plan a little, by substituting other foods like - grapefruits, oranges, kiwis, blueberries, raspberries, radishes, cucumbers, peppers, melons, pineapple, cherry tomatoes, broccoli, crabmeat, tuna and stuff
is it a good idea to eat dried fruits like figs and prunes??
i’m actually aiming for low carb or rather low refined sugar diet, meaning i’d like to base it around high protein foods.. so what else should i add to the diet? \
should i eat more eggs or what? or rather egg whites?
i want to loose a stone in 4 weeks………would this regime help me? or how much weight can i expect to loose?
i’m 5′6” n 130lbs btw
oh n also if i did a water fast every weekend.. would it help my weight loss?
