I am exclusively breastfeeding my daughter. She will turn 6 months soon. For the past 2 weeks I have been exercising. I do 1/2 hour on the elliptical (weight loss interval) on a medium resistance and have not lost any weight from it. I gained 45 pounds during pregnancy and am stuck with 18 of those for past 3 months. Why am I not seeing any drop??

I’m fourteen, five foot one, and have recently lost weight.
At the beginning of the year, I was 125, and now I range from 95-105.

My period cycles used to be 21 days apart, and throughout the weight loss, the gaps started getting larger. But I haven’t had a period since July, and there is NO possible way that I could be pregnant, because I’ve never had sex.

Do I just not weigh enough, or is there some sort of problem?
Should I be worried, and if so, is there something I can do?

Are they connected in either way?

I am learning about thick blood and thin blood,
