okay, well i’m REALLLY trying to lose weight & were having a cookout for the 4th of july ,and i reallly want to eat the food but since i’m trying to lose weight i don’t know if i want to. should i or not?would one day hurt anything if i don’t eat alot?

Currently I am 5′6, almost 16 years old, and 92 pounds. I used to be around 115-120. Over the period of about 6 months, ive lost all the weight. I eat until im full, but I obviously don’t eat enough because I keep losing weight. When I do try to eat more, i feel gross and i feel the need to go work it off. I look in the mirror and see a sickly skinny person, but I still can’t bring myself to gain weight. I’m honestly confused.

Open Question: I need some serious advice on how to lose weight…?

Im 14, 140 lbs and 5 foot 6, id really like to lose 15 lbs in two months, before school starts… i work out everyday, 30 mins on an elliptical, 20 on the treadmill, and i eat like 1400 calories a day but i cant seem to lose any weight…. any advice because im stumped…

im in volley ball and im 11 i always wear my hair down and like sweat pants and every body else wears shirts and there hair up but i think im to fat to wear shorts in front of people i barely no so i just need help what should i do im losing weight but still.

Im tryin to lose a couple pounds by next semester, which starts august 31st. I want to eat a lot of fruit and substitute two meals for special K, and a little snack or two in there.

So, with that said, here is what I ate today:

-For breakfast I had a bowl of special K strawberries, maybe like 300 calories worth.
- I went to work, and for my break had a banana and a cliff kidz energy bar, the bar being about 120 calories
-before I worked out I had a vanilla crisp power bar, 240 cal
-worked my legs and ran for 35 mins, burning around 400 cals
-my after workout snack was maybe 8 pieces of pineapple and 35 or so grapes…

I plan to eat another bowl of special K for dinner and a small smoothie for dessert. Does that sound ok? Any advice?

I want to stick to two bowls of cereal and fruit like bananas, apples, grapes, and stuffl ike that. Usually for dinner Ill eat whatever my parents make. Is that a reasonable way to lose weight? oo and Ill work out every other day too

i’m trying to lose weight and i want to know which machines at the gym would be most likely to work faster.
i also want to know how long i should do the machines and how long it would take for me to see a result. i want to lose 30 pounds by my boyfriends homecoming dance in october so i want to try everything i can to lose the weight.

I have lost 38 lbs. I have another 22 lbs to go. I have been hitting a really bad plateau. I’m working out more, eating less then I tried tricking my body by working out less and eating more…nothing is working. I do not want to take any diet pills or anything like that because I am a teen. Any advice?
