Im tryin to lose a couple pounds by next semester, which starts august 31st. I want to eat a lot of fruit and substitute two meals for special K, and a little snack or two in there.
So, with that said, here is what I ate today:
-For breakfast I had a bowl of special K strawberries, maybe like 300 calories worth.
- I went to work, and for my break had a banana and a cliff kidz energy bar, the bar being about 120 calories
-before I worked out I had a vanilla crisp power bar, 240 cal
-worked my legs and ran for 35 mins, burning around 400 cals
-my after workout snack was maybe 8 pieces of pineapple and 35 or so grapes…
I plan to eat another bowl of special K for dinner and a small smoothie for dessert. Does that sound ok? Any advice?
I want to stick to two bowls of cereal and fruit like bananas, apples, grapes, and stuffl ike that. Usually for dinner Ill eat whatever my parents make. Is that a reasonable way to lose weight? oo and Ill work out every other day too
