I’m female, 30, 5′6, pear shaped. on 5/10/09 I started a lower carb/lower calorie diet. I’m eating 40% fruit/veggies, 40% protein, 15% carbs, 5%fat. I drink only water. My starting weight was 154. It’s 5/31/09, I’m now 150. I was hoping to lose more weight by now. I keep a food diary. These are the stats: Wk 1: 1709 calories weekly, 141 carbs daily; Wk 2: 1524 calories weekly, 102 carbs daily; Wk 3; 1321 calories weekly, 135 carbs daily.
How good is my weekly calorie/daily carb intake? Should i be doing something different? Should I have lost more weight than 4 pounds? Before this I was consuming lots of calories/carbs per day cause I ate fast food for lunch and dinner every day. I haven’t been exercising, I plan to start walking this week daily -1 hr. Any tips to see more effective results sooner? My goal is 140. Thanks.
