Ok…i wish i did hav a pic…but eh, i dont feel like taking 1. so heres tha facts.

Im 14
5″2 lol im seriously short. Makes me feel bad =(
Im on the range of 135-140 (depends what i eat)
My diet for the summer is…
cereal for breakfast, and a banana or some strawberries
lunch mainly, moms homemade filipino food or a turkey breast sandwich a cup of water
Same thing as lunch… but smaller portion and maybe some broccoli and a few cups of water.
I do work out probly 3 days a week(this is lifting light weights, sit ups, crunches, and maybe i’ll jog for a while…but i rarely jog). I play Bball every once in a while.
My girlfriend doesnt want me 2 lose weight…i guess she likes em meaty haha.
I just dont understand how i can’t lose weight. I feel overweight…my doc says that im overweight but just barely.

oh well the filipino food usally contains fish(sometimes fried or sometimes baked)
meat
string beans
squash
okra
tomatoes
cilantro
tamarind
theres lots lol

i been on a diet n trying to lose weight.I have not lost one pound…here is what i do and u tell me what i am doing wrong!!
for exsample today-
i walk on the treadmill for 7 minutes and then lifted my legs up and down with ankle weights 3 times each side.. and did 4 crunches and 5 jumping jacks..
ok that is my morning workout.

i ate today
a 3 egg and cheese omlet with 4 slices of butter toast and 1/2 slab of bacon for breakfast.
lunch i had 2 double cheeseburgers and 1 large fry and a chocolate shake
for snack i had 3 oreo cookies and 1/2 a big bag of doritos
for dinner i had 1/2 a bucket fried chicken and a small serving of cole slaw..

i only drank 3 -20 ounce bottles of dr pepper and 1 diet pepsi..

i am still gaining weight even after cutting back on food and i use to get an entire box of coco puffs for breakfast but stopped and i still am gaining..i even workout..what should i do? do u think gastrik bi surgery would work?

My Dad is 47, 5′ 10″ and weights over 300 lbs. He has a lot of muscle, but a ton of fat too. He has health problems but won’t tell me about them, won’t really take the step to lose weight, and it really worries me (I’m a 14 yr. old boy). I also get these bad or sad feelings like he won’t be around much longer. Please, please help me with all of the above.

Hi,
So I am out of school for the summer. I’ve been wanting to lose weight for years, but this is the summer I am going to do it. I have already started and it seems that I have already lost 3 lbs. over the period of about 1 1/2 to 2 weeks. I am very happy about this and can see a difference already. I am however concerned if the plan I am on now will continue to work through the summer months. Here is the info. I am now 184 lbs. I’m 5′8 and 21 yrs. old. The last couple of days I have been using this website called FitPlan that tells me how many calories you burn just living and then you can add how many more calories you burn exercising. You also put in what you eat and you are able to calculate the calories you consume. Since I want to lose 21 lbs, the website recommended losing 1.91 lbs per week. It also recommends 1,750 calories consumed. So far, in terms of working out I have gone to the gym three days (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) for about an hour each time. I walked and ran on the treadmill Monday. I was on the elliptical for half and hour Wednesday and 45 minutes today. On Tuesday and Thursday I biked. Tuesday I only did four miles because I was exhausted (I haven’t biked in 6 months). I biked on Thursday for an hour in which I traveled 10 miles. I plan to do a little dancing on Saturdays and Sundays (only around the house so there is some physical activity on these days). I find myself eating a lot less. I know my limit is 1,750, but some days I’m only eating about 1,300 to 1,500. Is that healthy? Its not that I don’t eat but I have been eating a lot more veggies and fruits and staying away from food high in calories. So there it is. Could you guys let me know if you see anything wrong with this plan and/or how it can be improved. Also tell me if you think it works. Tell me if I am working out enough. And lastly what can I do at the gym to lose weight. I am not very familiar with the machines and have heard that if you use the same machine over and over, you stop losing weight. How can that be true if you are still burning calories? Sorry its so long, but I really need the help. Thanks!

I gained 4 pounds in one night, i had eaten 500 calories the last two days and then 500 calories today, and then i just went crazy. I probably ate about 5000 calories tonight alone. Help! Am i going to gain all that weight. So worried! I will be in the car all day tomorrow, any advice on how to lose weight in the car?

ok, so i’ve been doing atkins for a while, mainly eating lean meats, cheese, eggs, and green veggies. i’ve lost about 20 pounds, but i’ve hit a plateu. i’m thinking of switching to a mainly fruit diet, and adding in maybe some oatmeal in the morning? will i lose weight? how much?
